At 7 pm on 13th September, Ren Shaozhi, the
founder and general manager of Guangdong Pustar Adhesives & Sealant Co.,
Ltd. was invited to hold a lecture " The advantages and challenges of science
and technology background students " for students whose majority is
material science at the lecture hall of Wuhan University of Technology. The
lecture was hold by the Tian Shi teacher.
From the student time, to the career and
the setting up own company, Mr Ren present his whole story. He was born at the
days of material scarity. The tough life make him diligent, thrifty and
endurant. "You cannot experience extreme happiness unless you had suffered
the extreme pain. Poverty, pain, and shortcomings are opportunities to hone
yourself. This is the wealth of life." Any growth is inseparable from pain
and long-lasting self-discipline, rejecting temptations, controlling impulses,
and overcoming procrastination. Entrepreneurship comes from responsibility and
pressure. He believes that sincerity and honesty, continuous struggle, and the
pursuit of excellence are the keys of success. When talking about the future of
the company, Mr. Ren said that the company should make the perfect bonding
products, become a global trusted sealant company, and change the world
polyurethane sealant pattern.
